We’re located on the property “Riversdale” in the fertile farming and wine growing Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania (Australia’s most southern state which is synonymous with fine food and wine production. We’re 6th generation farmers and passionate about growing, producing and getting the best quality to you. We do this by our hands on work habits! Every product that leaves our premises is hand –manufactured –ok, I can hear you say its labour intensive – trust us, it is, but we won’t compromise our renowned quality for an automated production line! We fill up the jars and vacuum packs with more than olives, we add our secret herbs and spices, our clean environment, our laughter, and when you taste our products you’ll get a hint of what we’re about. We warn you though, once you have bitten our olives, you won’t be shy! You’ll be back for more! With the long and cool winters here, followed by the hot dry summers, and the clear atmosphere of Tasmania, we’re producing cool climate Extra Virgin Olive oils, with a fruity peppery taste, and sensational olives to add a healthy zip to your life!
