We’re located on the property “Riversdale” in the fertile farming and wine growing Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania, Australia’s most southern state which is synonymous with fine food and wine production.

We’re 6th generation farmers and passionate about growing, producing and getting the best quality to you. Every product that leaves our premises is hand manufactured.

With the long and cool winters here, followed by the hot dry summers, and the clear atmosphere of Tasmania, we produce cool climate Extra Virgin Olive oils, with a fruity peppery taste and delicious olives.
