We grow and make a superb range of olive products – olives, tapenades, antipastos, Tasmanian marinated fetta, olive oils for lovers of good food, who want to discover unique tastes with our unique products. Go on indulge and treat yourself to new tastes………we make them, because we think your worth it! We’re located on the property “Riversdale” in the fertile farming and wine growing Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania, (yes, we’re the most southern state in Australia…but the sun does shine) which is synonymous with fine food and wine production. We’re 6th generation farmers and passionate about growing, producing and getting the best quality to you. We do this by our hands on work habits! Every product that leaves our premises is hand-manufactured - ok ok, I can hear you say it’s labour intensive – trust us, it is, but we won’t compromise our renowned quality for an automated production line! We fill up the oil bottles with more than oil, we add our secret herbs and spices, our clean environment, our laughter, and when drizzle that liquid gold onto roasts, salads, or dip your fresh crusty bread into it, you’ll get a hint of what we’re about. Be warned though, once you’ve tasted the creamy oil, with a fruity peppery taste, you’ll be back for more! So use our oils to prepare the food you love, from the freshest ingredients you can grab, and enjoy! We’ll provide you oils, that look hip in the bottles and when you pop the cork, and the aroma drifts your way…you taste…then close your eyes, and you’ll think your in the Mediterranean….off Monaco…..after all, life is about enjoying good moments, good friends, and the very best oils.
